• Orders over $100 CAD: Free delivery
• Orders under $100 CAD: Flat $15 delivery fee
• Subscription orders: Always include free delivery
• Delivery available only within our designated zones
• Pickup option available - specify your preferred time at checkout

Order Cut-Off

Place your order by 6:00 PM to receive delivery the next day.

• All orders are shipped frozen and packed in standard cardboard boxes
• If no ice packs are requested at checkout, your order will be delivered as is
• Deliveries are completely contactless - no signature required
• You'll receive a text message notification once your box has been dropped off
• Orders are left at your front door or designated location

Storage

• Keep meals frozen until ready to use
• Thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours before serving
• Use within 2-3 days once thawed
• Never refreeze once thawed

Feeding

• Serve at room temperature for best palatability
• Always supervise your pet while eating
• Fresh water should always be available
